Matcha Starter Set
Everything you need to make perfect matcha at home, in one set: a handmade ceramic bowl, a bamboo whisk for a smooth, frothy cup, a bamboo scoop for the right dose, and a holder to keep the whisk in shape. Ideal as a gift, or as your own start into the daily ritual. If your set includes matcha, it comes with a 50-gram tin ready to whisk. If not, pair it with our 30g or 50g ceremonial matcha, sold separately.
We send every batch to an independent lab to ensure it’s completely safe. They check that our matcha has:
- No pesticides (chemicals sometimes used in farming)
- No heavy metals (harmful substances that can be in the soil)
- Perfect microbiological quality (free from bacteria or germs)
- Compliance with Europe’s strictest safety standards
Think of it as a safety report card – and we pass every test.
At Asumi Matcha, we use only the youngest, most tender tea leaves—the very best part of the plant. These leaves are carefully ground slowly using traditional stone mills, not fast machines that can heat and damage the tea. The result is a smooth, naturally sweet flavor, crafted just as it has been in Japan for centuries.
Order before 22:00 and we dispatch the next working day. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1 to 2 working days. Not happy? Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Just contact us with your order number. Confirm these details against your current policy before publishing.

Why people love matcha
Asumi Matcha isn't just tea—it's a daily ritual that keeps you energized, focused, and balanced all day long.
Unlike coffee, which can make you jittery and then crash, Asumi Matcha gives you calm, steady energy for 4–6 hours. You feel awake and alert without the shakes.
Asumi Matcha contains L-theanine, a natural ingredient that helps you stay relaxed while boosting your concentration. It’s like being in “the zone” focused, calm, and stress-free.
Asumi Matcha is loaded with catechins (powerful antioxidants) that protect your cells from damage and support your immune system. Think of them as tiny bodyguards for your health.
No stomach aches, no afternoon crash, and no sleep problems. Asumi Matcha is gentle on your system while still giving you a natural boost.

Add water & whisk
Pour in 40ml of hot water and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until a layer of fine bubbles forms on top. Continue whisking until it’s smooth and creamy.
